1. Subscription & Payments

• Practido Apps may offer premium features or services available via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• All payments and billing are managed by the respective app stores.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their subscription directly through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

• Google Play Store and Apple App Store handle all refund requests.
• We do not process refunds directly. Users must follow the respective store’s refund policies:
  • Google Play Store: Request a refund
  • Apple App Store: Request a refund
• Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play or Apple App Store based on their policies.
